Brand Guidelines

The visual system behind Kosuke: a monochrome, engineering-grade identity built on the ring pictogram, the Funnel type family, and generous negative space.

02 / Color

Monochrome Palette

Kosuke is intentionally colorless. Contrast, hierarchy, and depth come from a neutral greyscale ramp, never accent hues.

05 / Illustration

Illustration & Motion

Kosuke illustration runs on two tiers that share one DNA of pure black, monochrome, calm restraint, so they read as a single family. Pick the tier by the job: evoke, or explain.

Signature
Isometric line-art

Abstract and premium: it evokes, it doesn't explain. Sparse 3D primitives as dim hairline edges on pure black. Use for hero and statement moments, blog / OG covers, section dividers.

Functional
Flat product-UI

Concrete and readable: it explains what a capability does through UI metaphors (a checklist, an approval, a team grid), animated with calm framer-motion loops. Use for feature grids and how-it-works.

Checklist / fill

Progress and autonomy: Kosuke completing a task from top to bottom.

Approval / stamp

Review and sign-off: a change is approved before it ships.

Team / ripple

Reach and empowerment: the whole team can build from a shared core.

06 / Voice

Voice & Microcopy

Kosuke writes like an engineer talks: plain, direct, and confident. Short sentences. Concrete claims. No hype, no filler, and no typographic tricks standing in for real punctuation. End thoughts with a period, and use a comma, a colon, or a slash when you need to join or separate. Never reach for an em dash or a middle dot to do a sentence's job.
